SAP Consultant

An SAP Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring SAP solutions to meet business requirements. They serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping organizations optimize their operations through SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP Development, Basis Administration, PI/PO, SuccessFactors, Basis, BTP Extension Suite, Fiori/Gateway Architecture, Cloud Platform Integration, EWM, Infrastructure Security, Plant Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
2. Configure and customize SAP modules based on client or project needs.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions.
4. Support system integration, testing, and user training activities.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP systems and ensure continuous improvement.
6. Prepare documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and process flows.
7. Stay up to date with SAP updates, enhancements, and best practices.
8. Provide post-implementation support and ensure system performance and reliability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
2. Strong understanding of core SAP modules mentioned above.
3. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. SAP certification(s) preferred.
