Wecruit Lab Indonesia (previously known as Chrombit Digital Lab) is looking for a Lead Developer to work with our partner (XrisP Korea - Nori farm) and another position for Wecruit Korea.

Responsibilities:

Lead software development projects (e.g. game projects), including overseeing development teams, providing technical guidance, and driving project execution (planning, documenting, designing, building, and configuring tasks).

Requirements:

• Min. experience 7 years as a Developer or Senior Developer (skills are important).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven success as a technical team leader.
• Demonstrate good mentoring and coaching skills.
• Excellent English skills; Korean is an advantage.
• Ability to work in an online remote environment (work from the office in Jakarta for the Korean company).
• Access to the best work equipment - after the freelance contract is extended to the employment contract.
• Working location in Jakarta Selatan.
• * National holiday system: Employees will follow the national holidays in Korea but will get adjustment time off for important Indonesian holidays like Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

Recruitment / Employment Process:

Document Screening → Interview → Test phase (1 week) → Freelancer contract (3 months or more) → Opportunity for employment contract with XrisP and Wecruit.

Job Types:

Temporary, Contract, Trial period contract
Contract length: 3 months.

Salary:

Rp33,000,000 per month.
