To promote Sampoerna University and to recruit students according to the given target number from the management.

Responsibilities:

• To represent Sampoerna University extensively at internal & external recruitment events such as, but not limited to: Open Days, Campus Tours, Workshops, etc.
• To build relationships and networks with selected target high schools through the principals or counselors in order to reach potential students and parents to achieve the target number of applicants that will lead to the target number of committed students.
• To deliver high-quality presentations about Sampoerna University and provide accurate information, advice, and guidance to prospective students.
• Work closely with the Student Recruitment Manager in identifying markets and developing recruitment strategies to earn leads and conversions through activities.
• Input student data and applications, follow up on all opportunities or interested leads, and update all student statuses on a daily and weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Testing Center, Bursary, and other related departments to ensure all applications, applying, and admitted students are dealt with accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• 3-5 years experience in a related field
• Preferably coming from an education consulting company
• Having strong experience with the USA education system
• Possesses strong experience in handling students studying overseas
• Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written
