The sales trainer specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to help sales teams (Education Consultant & Student Advisor) improve their skills, performance, and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up training variables that cater to the overall core products for Education Consultant and Student Advisor
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify additional training needs.
Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales team members
Develop and administer assessments (e.g., quizzes, practical exams, role-plays) to measure training effectiveness.
Gather feedback from participants through surveys and discussions to evaluate the success of the training
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, including at least 1 year in a sales training or coaching role, preferably from the Education industry
Proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, pipelines, and best practices.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and online
Proficient in using various training tools and technologies, such as LMS, CRM systems, and e-learning platforms.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in the basic function of Excel
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with trainees and motivate them to achieve their goals.
