About the role

This full-time Sales Support & Pricing role at PT. Cipta Sinergi Bisnis in Surabaya, East Java is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation. In this position, you will be responsible for providing valuable sales support and pricing expertise to drive the company's commercial success.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive sales support, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records
2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies
3. Developing and updating pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability
4. Collaborating with the sales team to implement effective pricing policies and respond to customer inquiries
5. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
6. Contributing to the development of sales and marketing materials, such as presentations and proposals
7. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for management
8. Cold calling for unlocking new leads

What we're looking for

1. Male or female
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support or pricing role, preferably in EMKL/Freight Forwarding industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and create pricing models
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
5. Familiarity with market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
7. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics, is preferred
