To coordinate Sales Representative team in delivering sales volume achievement, business growth, and distribution KPI.
Increase team productivity by developing team capability in selling skills, handling objections, and business building to customers through team briefing and in-field training.
Communicate Head-office Trade-plan to the team and monitor effectively.
Prepare monitoring and update regularly to RSM and highlight the progress.
Evaluate and prepare coverage plan for Sales Representatives.
Monitor sales by key customer and channel.
Build effective relationships with key customers.
Engage distributor in daily operations to ensure good implementation.
Monitor product distribution, expiry date, and program implementation in the field.
Time spent: 70% in the field and 30% at the office for evaluation and planning.
