Sales Supervisor - Packaging (B2B) - Surabaya

Had experience in the similar industry, Packaging (Packaging for cigarettes, pharmaceuticals, skincare, electronics, or watches) is preferred.

Open for SMA or SMK level.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with East Java market.

Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Secure new orders and contribute to sales growth.

Monitor and prepare for seasonal peaks in demand.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.

Collaborate with internal and external sales team members.

Provide regular reporting and updates to the business owner.

Minimum Requirements

Sales Supervisor with 2–4 years of experience in the packaging industry for cigarettes, skincare, etc. Candidates with SMA/SMK education are welcome. Familiarity with the East Java market and based in Surabaya.
