Sales Supervisor GT (Palembang & Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving sales target in branches.
• Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual’s and team performance.
• Develop trade and consumer promotions and manage execution of such trade and consumer promotions.
• Secure visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
• Actively create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives.
• Supervise marketing events and programs.
• Reporting: Submit necessary reports periodically, meet deadlines, and abide by the route plans.
• Develop a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree in any major from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Having working experience in the same position sales supervisor GT for at least 2 years (experience from FMCG is preferable).
• Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity.
• Communicative, have a strong personality, target-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
