Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a minimum IPK of 2.75 from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent in FMCG (would be an advantage).
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within your network, interpersonal skills, proactive, ability to work individually as well as in a team, hard worker, responsible, and able to work within target and deadline.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment.
