Sales Supervisor

This role will be responsible for managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and achieving sales targets. This position will be handling the Medan area.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in the sales & marketing field.
2. The ability to understand trading recommendations based on technical analysis is a must.
3. Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index, commodities).
4. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales & marketing strategies and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
5. Personal experience as a trader is an advantage.
6. Good communication skills and basic English are required.
7. Capable and experienced in handling clients who speak Hokkien / Mandarin.

This position will be handling the Medan area.
