Ideal Candidate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing strategies and supervise marketing activities.
• Set up marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns, as well as prepare marketing content and select appropriate distribution channels.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing strategies and advertising/promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and market conditions.
• Discuss marketing budgets, marketing strategies, and others with management.

Qualification:

• Minimum high school or equivalent
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing
• Able to work together in a team, and have high ethics and integrity
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
• Ready to market products to other cities on the island of Java and outside the island

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, not required):

Can speak Chinese to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
