Sales Senior Supervisor

PT Bumi Sarana Utama (Kalla Aspal) is seeking an experienced Sales Senior Supervisor to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a Sales Senior Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and leading a team of talented sales representatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company within the sales and consultancy industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth
2. Monitor and analyse sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise sales performance
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
4. Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to senior management
5. Identify and address training needs within the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Foster a positive and motivational team environment, recognising and rewarding top performers

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role within the bulk asphalt industry
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
4. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field
6. Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
