Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.
• Preferably has experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork.
• Must own a private vehicle.
• Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Job Description

• Store Visits
• Effective Call: Ensuring that the effectiveness targets are met.
• New Store Acquisition
• Store Maintenance
• Engage the potential agent and help to update the agent's new address.
• Educate agents.
• Encourage agents to upgrade tier (share the benefit of upgrade tier).
• Help to escalate the agent's problem (if any).
• Report the result after visiting the store to share g-form not the end of the day.
• Share the findings after the offline visit in the next day during morning briefing with sales manager.
