• Menjalankan Basic Call Prosedur dengan baik
• Memastikan program berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan standart yang ditentukan
• Menjalankan taking order ke outlet
• Melaksanakan estimasi order di outlet
• Melaksanakan merchandising di outlet
