Understands how customers affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long-term business performance.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, architects, interior designers, consultants, and end users to create a positive impact on business goals.
Coordinates with cross-departments such as warehouse, logistics, administration team, and project team.
Prepares sales reports (weekly or monthly).
Accompanies customers when visiting the showroom.
Visits project sites if necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, architecture, or other relevant fields.
Experience as a professional sales executive, senior sales, or similar roles.
Experience selling luxury goods to high-level customer profiles.
Interest or understanding of furniture, interior design, architecture, or building materials is preferred.
Good communication skills; fluency in English is preferred.
Willingness to be placed at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
