Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic plans for business expansion and growth.
  • Develop training and development programs to improve team performance.
  • Oversee the execution of sales plans and monitor performance against targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly evaluate sales team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track sales metrics, including lead generation, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, outlining progress against targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and potential threats.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings to stay competitive in the market.

Job Qualification:

  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya areas
  • Bachelors/Master degree from reputable university
  • Over 8 years experiences in handling sales & marketing management from Automotive company
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in data analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM systems
