Apple’s Sales Organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. A unique opportunity exists for an extraordinary individual to contribute to the online channel account management for Apple partners in Indonesia. Through a deep understanding of the country’s online channel, including online marketplaces, products, and customer landscapes, the Online Channel Account Manager will execute initiatives to improve capabilities and performance of assigned online partners as well as potential new ones.

Description

In this role, you will be expected to:

  1. Be the subject matter expert of Indonesian customers, especially in online shopping.
  2. Analyze and identify issues and opportunities to develop locally relevant solutions.
  3. Deliver weekly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
  4. Execute local business development projects, including new partners development.
  5. Develop close working relationships with relevant extended Apple team and collaborate with them to deliver for Apple’s customers and partners.
  6. Develop close working relationships with the senior representatives of assigned partners and inspire them to collaborate.
  7. Ensure that assigned partners comply with Apple’s guidelines and policies.
  8. Hold regular performance and planning reviews with assigned partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of proven online channel strategy and execution experience in Indonesia, preferably including marketing, trade marketing, and/or sales experience, in mid to senior management capacity from Consulting, Online Channel Agency, and Consumer Goods companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful experience in managing complex business partnerships environment and building tailor-made solutions.
  • Demonstrated superior communication, relationship building, influencing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity with integrity.
