As a Sales & Service Online Associate, you will play a key role in driving online sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer handling. You will be responsible for managing the entire online sales process, from identifying customers, answering inquiries to closing deals, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling Sales:
    1. Manage online customer inquiries and lead conversion through online channels.
    2. Provide accurate product information and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
    3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
    4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
    5. Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales tactics and strategy.
    6. Detail-oriented and create reporting for every business process.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Collaborate with relevant teams to address product issues or service dissatisfaction.
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and complaints, providing regular reports to management.
  5. Strive to provide a positive customer experience even in difficult situations.
  6. Provide feedback and ideas to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  2. Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate.
  3. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement.
  4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  5. Minimum high school graduation.
  6. 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. High attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
  9. Ability to handle situations and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  10. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to empathize with and understand customers' needs.
  11. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Sheets.
