Responsibility:
Supervise, lead, and guide the sales & marketing team to achieve company targets by providing direction, support, and training.
Assist in developing marketing and sales strategies based on market analysis and oversee the implementation of plans for specific products (aggregates, armour rock).
Monitor team performance regarding sales targets, productivity, and marketing initiatives, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while assisting the team in prospecting new clients and managing the customer database.
Manage effective online marketing campaigns in line with digital trends, monitor campaign results, and provide analysis reports for further evaluation.
Coordinate the sales process from negotiation to closing, while assisting the team in preparing and delivering product presentations to clients.
Monitor market and competitor trends to provide recommendations for marketing strategies, and use data to assess and improve existing strategies.
Identify challenges and provide effective solutions, offering guidance and support to the team in difficult sales or customer service situations.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales processes and product delivery.
Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with regulations and company policies.
Help the team stay updated on products, market trends, and digital marketing tools, and provide training for skill development.
Lead by example by demonstrating a positive attitude, hard work, and perseverance in achieving sales and marketing goals, motivating and inspiring the team to excel.
Job Description:
Oversee and manage the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division.
Drive growth from existing accounts as well as establishing relationships and secure contracts/tenders with new customers to achieve the assigned sales targets.
Develop maximum sales potential out of the customer base through prospecting, meetings, networking, constant follow-up, strong sales techniques, knowledge of the Company's products and services as well as the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
Strong operational knowledge of the market demand and competitors and utilize this information to target new business opportunities in line with Company’s strategy.
Implement mission and key activities for After Market Sales growth such as forecasting, budgeting, sales growth, business development, etc. along with consistent and effective sales execution.
Lead and manage the team activities to deliver Company Strategic Plan - sales, systems integration, pre-and post-sales support - all with a view of achieving and/or exceeding planned revenue, margin and operating profit targets.
Work closely with the operations and technical team members to address customer requirements such as delivery schedules, product quality and availability and ensure customer satisfaction prior, during and post-sale.
Provide feedback or recommendations to Company Management on regular basis regarding market trends, market intelligence on competition, unfulfilled needs, and opportunities to strategize effective sales and marketing imperatives in order to deliver greater value to customers.
Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
Develop, implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns including research, promotion and public relations.
