Sales & Marketing Retail Manager [Surabaya]

Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our client - A leading player in the luxury gold industry, our client is expanding their retail presence and seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Retail Manager to lead this initiative. Initially focused on B2B and e-commerce, they have now ventured into retail with their first store in Surabaya and ambitious plans for further expansion. This position will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive retail expansion strategy, identifying key locations for new stores.
• Oversee store sales operations, ensuring excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive store traffic, enhance brand awareness, and optimize customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends, leveraging insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead, train, and manage store teams to maintain a high standard of customer service and sales execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, marketing, and store operations.
• Proven track record in retail expansion and business development within the luxury sector.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational plans effectively.
• Experience in offline marketing, retail expansion, and store operational.
• Willingness to be based in Surabaya.
