Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative based in Bali, Indonesia. We are looking for an individual with established skills and expertise who possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, a data-driven mindset is essential, as the representative must be comfortable using performance metrics and market data to inform decisions. About the Role
Are you currently working in F&B or hospitality and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a star player in our Sales Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in building our future by developing meaningful partnerships, shaping compelling narratives, and executing initiatives that drive business expansion.
Your Impact
Your role will be based in Bali, Indonesia, and supported by colleagues from around Southeast Asia. As part of this dynamic team, your mission will be to:
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities to increase the footprint of the company in high-potential markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with leading hospitality groups, distributors, and retailers, leveraging relationships to expand our network.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders – including product, marketing, and operations – to align sales strategies with company goals.
By identifying high-potential partners and nurturing relationships, you will play a key role in helping the company expand its footprint and create a meaningful impact on the world of sustainable culinary.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience in F&B, Sales, or Business Development will also be considered.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally within the hospitality or sustainability sectors.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Experience with sales prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse industries and cultures.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable using performance metrics and market data to inform decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic, forward-thinking approach to developing solutions and partnerships.
- Proficiency in English is required for cross-team collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluency in regional languages and dialects (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, or Tamil) is a plus for building deeper relationships in local markets.

- Salary Range: IDR 5,000,000 - IDR 7,000,000
