Sales Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing sales and marketing division by developing sales strategy (sales, revenue, and expenses).
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Build and manage all conventional and digital promotions including exhibitions, content creation, website, email, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), and advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc).
• Build good relationships with customers, banks, agencies, and other vendor partners.
• Manage and evaluate all sales team activities to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience as a sales/marketing manager in a property development company for at least 5 years.
• Negotiation skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result-oriented.
