Minimum Requirements:
Min 3 years experience in marketing property, preferably from the Developer/ Property/ Landed industry
Have network and wide relations and connections with potential property investors and real estate agencies throughout cities in East Java and elsewhere
Have strong presentation Product Knowledge skills with PowerPoint to lead agents and public speaking for event gathering and public press release
Expert in Social Media Sales, Google Marketing Platform, and influencer management. Understand digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, WhatsApp marketing, content quality, etc.) and able to analyze its pixel and Google Tag traffic using Google Analytics for ads performance improvements (Impression, Reaching, CPC, CTR, CTA, Cost/conversion, etc.)
Target oriented and can work under pressure
Communicative and collaborative with the team
Strong managerial and leadership skills to lead the team to achieve sales targets
High motivation to earn a high income
Preferable candidates who have active database users
Eager to learn and up to date with the current trend

Job Description:
Responsible for achieving sales targets and growing revenue potentials
Learning property market trends in Malang & Batu, identifying target audiences and competitors to develop and execute comprehensive & effective online and offline sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales and growth of brand awareness
Identifying and reaching potential target users through various channels like website, landing pages, social media (IG, FB, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, WhatsApp broadcast marketing, and offline property exhibitions and other promotional campaigns like flyering, T bannering, Billboard, Open Tables, Open Car, Open House, etc.
Respond promptly to client inquiries through the company website, email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels
Oversee client interactions and track progress using the company's Omnichannel CRM system, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on all leads
Build and have strong connections with potential property investors and high reputable & commitment real estate lead agencies local agencies throughout cities in East Java and elsewhere. Strong connection with AREBI members is preferable
Regularly visiting principal agents & its project coordinator to discuss new fresh ideas to boost property sales
Recruit, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales/marketing representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, performance evaluations to ensure high productivity
Coordinate sales in the process of approaching current and potential customers, in order to ensure optimal achievement of targets
Ensure sales teams build good relations with hot prospect users and give them precise and accurate product knowledge information
Helping the sales team to negotiate price and all sales pre-requested with the buyers
Ensure the sales team assists users in processing KPR and understands the process of PPJB, AJB in notaris and process Akad KPR with our partner the banks
Collect and analyze operational reports from sales & promotion activities and make recommendations for improvement when necessary
Coordinate and evaluate brand image enhancement activities carried out through digital media placements and exhibitions
Create activities to build business relationships for press conferences with mass media and vendors related to promotions
Have knowledge of the surrounding property market and competitor
