Target & Performance Monitoring – Help set annual targets, track progress, and align with company goals.
People Development – Support team development through training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
What we are looking for:
Personal Qualities – High ethical standards, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
Technical Expertise – Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a Business Management-related field.
Global Communicator – Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate in a multinational environment. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Extensive Expertise – Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in chemical product sales.
Soft-skills Qualities – Experience in management position, self-driven, customer-focused mindset with the ability in long-term planning, proactive execution, and adaptability.
