Sales & Marketing Haji-Umrah (Manager & Officer Levels)

We’re looking for digital-savvy sales and marketing professionals who combine people skills with data-driven strategies to achieve real results.

Location: On-site (details shared upon application)

Full-time | Immediate Start | Age Limit:

  1. Manager: 30–40 years
  2. Officer: 20–35 years

What You’ll Do:

  1. Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.
  2. Create impactful, relevant content for social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
  3. Analyze customer behavior and market trends to unlock new growth opportunities.
  4. Utilize performance data and analytics tools to measure, report, and improve campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
  6. Nurture and expand your network of agents, influencers, and community leaders.
  7. Manage relationships and loyalty programs to keep customers coming back and referring others.
  8. Work toward performance targets from day one—ambition is key here!

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  2. Digital-first mindset and enthusiasm for using technology to boost performance.
  3. Active on social media (Instagram & TikTok):
    1. Manager: >30K followers
    2. Officer: >10K followers
  4. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content strategy.
  5. Manager:
    1. 10+ years in Haji-Umrah travel sales/marketing, 5+ years as a manager.
    2. Owns or manages a large jamaah database.
  6. Officer:
    1. 3+ years in Haji-Umrah travel sales/marketing.
  7. Excellent communication and community engagement skills.

Preferred Skillsets & Digital Tools Experience (Bonus if you’ve got these!):

  1. Basic Data Analysis Skills
  2. Comfortable analyzing data using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or basic Python for insights on sales trends and customer behavior.
  3. Experience using Microsoft Power BI or Google Looker Studio to create performance dashboards and reports.
  4. Familiar with platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or local CRM tools to track leads, automate follow-ups, and improve conversion.

Digital Marketing & Content Tools:

  1. Able to create and manage campaigns using:
    1. Meta Business Suite (for Instagram & Facebook Ads)
    2. Canva Pro (for visuals and promo content)
    3. Buffer or Later (for content scheduling)

Analytics & Optimization:

  1. Experience using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to evaluate campaign results and refine strategies.

Compensation:

  1. Manager: Base salary Rp15–20 million/month + commission
  2. Total earning potential: Rp30–40 million/month
  3. Officer: Base salary Rp5 million/month + commission
  4. Total earning potential: Rp10–12 million/month
