We are an engineering company in Jakarta that provides Low Voltage Electrical products and Extra Low Voltage products. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for monthly sales invoice (revenue) and purchase order (PO) forecast in line with annual sales target and KPI target settings.
  • Keep track and follow up potential project status (with required & relevant data) and update project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior.
  • Constantly keep immediate superior posted on project follow-up status, highlight challenges & opportunity and keep track of new and potential projects as well as market trend & competitors' movement in the market.
  • Work together with M&E consultants and specify Furutec's product favourable to us in new projects during designing stage.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships and effective communication with M&E consultants, developers/owners and distributors.
  • Monitor project execution between factory and distributor's project team after receiving new order from distributors.
  • Be proactive in deploying EXACT CRM in daily planning & reporting (inclusive of business calendar for appointments, customer & project input).
  • Identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposals where possible.
  • Deliver results within the value system of EITA.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior / HOD / MD from time to time.

Are you the one?

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and its equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in Engineering Sales experience, preferably (M&E consultants, developers/owners and distributors, Oil & Gas, and Data Centre).
  • A willingness to travel frequently in all Indonesia cities and work flexible hours.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
  • Candidates fluent in English preferred as role requires candidates to deal with management in Headquarter.
