Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

To make sure the sales of Honda Motorcycle Parts meet the target and to provide services according to the standards to all AHASS network and general stores & workshop.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales targets are met for Honda Motorcycle Parts.

• Provide high-quality services to the AHASS network and general stores & workshops.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Engineering with GPA 3.20
• 5 years working experience as Marketing Supervisor/Assistant Manager or as Sales Operation Supervisor/Assistant Manager
• Experience in managing teams that handle sales and customer priorities
• Able to carry out analysis by combining market issues with existing data
• Able to work under pressure and have commitment to achieve targets
• Good communication skills with various stakeholders
• Willing to be located across all business areas
