Adecco Indonesia is currently assisting our client (chemical industry) in the search for a Sales Manager to lead market expansion and ensure operational excellence in Surabaya.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and seize new business opportunities within the chemical supply market.
Develop strategies to expand market share, particularly in the coating, plastic, and ink sectors.
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product quality swiftly and efficiently.
Create tailored solutions to meet client needs while aligning with company capabilities.
Collaborate with and motivate team members to enhance overall sales performance.
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the chemical industry (coating, plastic, or ink sectors).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
