Job description
We are assisting one of our clients, a local home appliances company, and they are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Special Lighting and Home Appliances.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both project-based and retail sales to achieve business objectives.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, project deliverables, and customer requirements are met.
Monitor sales performance, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments to meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage and optimize relationships with retail partners to enhance product placement, promotions, and in-store visibility.
Provide training and support to sales teams and retail staff, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
Conduct product demonstrations, promotional events, and customer engagement activities to drive sales growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in smart home and security technology.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales project management and retail sales, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
Proven track record in managing multiple sales projects, achieving sales targets, and handling retail partnerships.
Strong knowledge of Special Lighting and Home Appliances.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and motivate cross-functional teams and retail staff.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.
