About Our Client

Job Description
Lead the food (commodity) division in Southeast Asia, acting as the primary representative.
Collaborate closely with headquarters to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue and meet profitability goals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners, fostering long-term cooperation and client loyalty.
Oversee all stages of the sales process, including customer acquisition, consultations, preparing quotes, negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and current, such as visit reports, project updates, and market research.
Work collaboratively with regional teams, subsidiaries, and the global headquarters to ensure seamless communication and alignment on objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in a relevant commercial or technical field. (machinery).
At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the food industry (commodity). Prior experience with international companies is an advantage.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong technical understanding of machinery and equipment, with the ability to advise customers on high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and teamwork.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to meet diverse customer requirements.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Home office-based in Indonesia with the willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
