Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and customer acquisition.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and make informed business decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand brand visibility and reach.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and online sales.
Train, motivate, and support the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Develop and execute promotional programs to drive sales and enhance brand recognition.
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
Ensure accurate and compelling product listings across online platforms to boost customer engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Online Sales Manager or similar role.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving operational success, preferably in the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including product knowledge and business processes.
Proficiency in managing online sales platforms and familiarity with current e-commerce trends.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
