Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce the product to the Indonesia market.
• Identify the potential market for each product range.
• Identify key projects & develop a robust pipeline.
• Create & execute sales strategies, aligning with regional teams and distributors.
• Provide training & support to ensure high sales performance.
• Build relationships with key accounts and industry players in the mining and construction industry.
• Collaborate with global engineering and commercial teams to meet business goals.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's in Engineering, especially in mechanical or metallurgy.
• Strong network within the mining and construction industry.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in a relevant field.
• Steel fabrication experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesian (additional languages a plus).
• Willing to travel up to 70%.
