Job Description:

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the global and local market and build relationships with new and potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to create strong solutions and acquire new clients
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable plans
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Diploma degree in any major
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin
3. Experience in BPO Sales is an advantage
4. Knowledge in Contact Center Operation is an advantage
5. Target-oriented, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
6. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
