Sales Manager, Indonesia

There is currently an opening for Sales Manager, Indonesia.

Most important areas of responsibility:

1. Work with Regional Sales Manager on Sales Development action plan to meet Indonesia sales budget & development
2. Work with Business/Market Managers to identify and pursue growth segments
3. Work with Finance on credit and stock management
4. Work with Technical Department to provide technical service and benchmarking
5. Work with customer service for purchase order processing and delivery related matters

Requirements:

1. Degree in Science, preferably Chemical related disciplines
2. Min. 5 years or above working experience in sales or sales development in the chemical industry and preferably in a multinational company related to silicones
3. Experience in managing sales teams/distributors
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Perkasa
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Independent, proactive, and adhering to company policies and procedures
