Sales Manager (Health Care)

On behalf of our client, a well-known healthcare company focused on dental/clinic services, we are looking for a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan effective marketing strategies, including market targeting, market segmentation, and the development of marketing plans.
2. Manage the sales team effectively, provide direction and motivation to team members, and monitor sales performance.
3. Build strong relationships with customers, listen to their feedback, handle complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Collect and analyze data on customer behavior and market trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
5. Conduct market research, oversee promotional activities, and identify new business opportunities.
6. Supervise the implementation of marketing plans, monitor the success of marketing strategies, and make adjustments as needed.
7. Analyze daily, weekly, or monthly sales data.
8. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing materials.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or management.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Ability to utilize and analyze data on customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance to develop marketing strategies.
4. Proficient in using social media, websites, and other online marketing technologies.
5. Strong leadership skills to manage the sales team, provide clear direction, and motivate team members to achieve company sales targets.
6. Good communication and negotiation skills.
7. Strong complaint handling and problem-solving skills.
8. Diligent, proactive, and target-oriented.
