Sales Manager for Aquaculture (Fish Feed & Accessories)

Sales Manager – Aquaculture will identify potential customers, offer technical guidance, and assist with troubleshooting for aquafeed products and fish accessories to boost sales and generate new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for aquafeed products through analyzing and summarizing competitive trends in the fish feed market.
• Develop new accounts by researching potential leads, acquiring new business, building relationships, offering technical information and advice, and promoting, presenting, and demonstrating aquafeed products.
• Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, offering support in aquaculture management.
• Ensure account receivables are managed according to company objectives.
• Offer technical support and follow up with customers to ensure optimal product performance in the field.
• Provide clear progress reports on monthly/quarterly initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries & Marine Sciences or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the aquaculture industry (aquafeed and fish accessories)
• Strong technical and professional knowledge of aquafeed products
• A collaborative team player with excellent business acumen
• In-depth understanding of customer and market dynamics and needs
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa (spoken and written)
• Able and willing to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Holds a valid car driving license (SIM A)
