Sales Manager (Digital Advertising) - Transsion Indonesia

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, especially in affiliate marketing and digital marketing agencies like M Group, Dentsu, Wavemaker, Adspark, Mobvista, 42Group, Openmind, Mindshare, IPG or OMG.
  • Familiarity with mobile advertising products, especially in apps marketing (CPI, CPM, etc).
  • Candidates with experience in operating data traffic products are preferred. Familiarity with the digital marketing industry and performance marketing strategies in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong passion and familiarity with the Indonesian internet industry, mobile internet, and app products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work responsibly and effectively in a global international enterprise, including the willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Must have a network of contacts with C-level executives in major internet companies, such as Grab, Netflix, Disney+, and other prominent gaming companies.
  • Marketing experience with successful cases is considered a priority.
  • Language requirements: Excellent English language skills, particularly in speaking and presentation, as well as proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations.

Job Description:

  • Sell advertising space and mobile traffic based on the Transsion Group's brand on mobile devices.
  • Conduct market research, collect and organize information about the local digital mobile marketing industry.
  • Establish strong and long-term partnerships with direct clients and agencies, identifying business opportunities.
  • Educate advertising clients and explore opportunities to promote their digital advertising campaigns using Transsion's mobile inventory (pre-install, app distribution, content distribution, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to maximize the performance of advertisers' digital advertising campaigns.
  • Review and execute operational performance analysis, proposing corrective actions.
  • Provide support for the Indonesia business and communicate with headquarters for daily business operations.
