Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as back office support and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction throughout the sales and marketing process.
Requirements:
We prefer candidates to have experience in the Travel Industry with a minimum of 5 years.
Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in sales and marketing would be advantageous.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or Product Manager, preferably in the travel industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales initiatives.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales and marketing goals.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on the tour & travel sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
