Sales Manager (Base : Bandung & Cirebon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to maximise their performance
• Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities and implement targeted sales initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and secure new accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of target
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to inform sales planning and pricing strategies
• Provide regular progress reports and recommend improvements to the sales process
• Cascade down marketing program and make sure the implementation in field
• Good in negotiation skill with MT Store and build network to maintain pareto customer

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' demonstrated success in a sales management role, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable insights
• Familiarity with sales force automation tools and CRM systems
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
