Job description

Our client, a 5-star luxury beach resort situated in the vibrant and cosmopolitan heart of Bali, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the Australia and India markets.

In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, evaluating potential clients, and cultivating strong partnerships through strategic guidance, proactive engagement, and efforts such as calls and site visits. Beyond this, you will monitor market trends, maintain accurate client records, contribute to sales meetings, ensure top-notch service quality, and support special projects assigned by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australia and India market segments.
  • Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical skills to assess business trends and competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ethical behavior and professional grooming standards.
  • Previous experience in a sales leader role, preferably in 5* luxury international hotel chain.
  • Open to local / Indonesian citizens only.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and evaluate prospects.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing support and recommendations.
  • Conduct sales calls and site inspections.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.
  • Maintain client files and respond to quotations promptly.
  • Assist in developing business for assigned markets/accounts.
  • Contribute to weekly sales meetings with ideas.
  • Maintain and update mailing list and customer database.
  • Ensure quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
  • Handle special projects as assigned by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing.
