Sales Manager

Experience: 5+ years in sales especially B2B.

Language: Proficient in English is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate:

• Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.

• Train and mentor the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.

• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reports to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Motivated, honest, and reliable.
• Strong service orientation.
• High levels of energy and a huge dose of optimism and positivity.
• Creative in finding new ways to sell our packaging products.
• Ability to build long-term trustful customer relationships.
• Accurate in reporting and organizing data.
