Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our residential and commercial sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive the success of our real estate projects in Karawaci Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team, providing coaching and support to ensure goals are met
• Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales team, identifying and nurturing top talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners and industry stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns that drive buyer interest
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to keep senior management informed
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a track record of exceeding targets
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
• Keen understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and competitor activity
• Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems to track and report on sales performance
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
