Key Responsibilities/Duties

  1. Understand, represent and uphold the integrity of the Accor Vacation Club (AVC) brand at all times and in all interactions.
  2. Represent AVC in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion to foster good working relationships with all our customers, internal and external in line with company values.
  3. Design and implement a clear business plan to deliver on the business objectives and KPIs for the assigned office.
  4. Actively manage the sales operation to ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs, ensuring budget and profitability targets are achieved.
  5. Onboard new sales team members and train, educate, and monitor the performance of all sales employees in the team.
  6. Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and engagement.
  7. Ensure performance reviews and personal development plans are in place for each employee.
  8. Monitor team performance and take appropriate corrective action in discussion with Talent & Culture.
  9. Share the role of presenter and/or trainer as required.
  10. Stay current with required government licenses and legislative training, ensuring the team possesses up-to-date licenses and permits.
  11. Ensure all membership and finance documentation is completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner, kept on file in accordance with company requirements.
  12. Utilize sales, marketing, and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site on an ongoing basis.
  13. Proactively look for marketing opportunities, support marketing programs, and educate team members on marketing strategies.
  14. Efficiently manage any disgruntled members/guests appropriately and in line with the Company’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure.
  15. Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering appropriately.
  16. Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct.
