Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Jateng Utara) at Performa Optima Group located in Semarang, North Central Java (Area Jawa Tengah Utara). The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning strategies, monitoring, and controlling all team activities. Daily, you will be expected to build relationships with clients, focus on targets, and increase revenue. You will also prepare monthly reports for the General Manager and handle team management (problem-solving, motivating, and providing solutions to the team).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proven track record of managing government procurement.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
• Have expertise in IT products
• Proven experience as an IT Product Sales and Team Leader.

We will require you to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field since it will be advantageous.
