Sales Manager

About the role

APP Group are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager (Export) to join their growing team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving the company's international sales strategy and expanding its global customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase export sales and market share in key international markets
• Manage a portfolio of existing export customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Identify and secure new export sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and responding to tenders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, production and logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform the company's export sales strategy
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and presentations to senior management
• Provide expert advice and guidance to the export sales team, mentoring and developing their skills

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years' experience in an export sales role, preferably within the paper/packaging industry
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing export sales strategies to grow international market share
• Excellent account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure profitable export sales deals
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Willing to be located in East Java
