About Us: PT Global Plastik Industri is the parent company of 4 manufacturing factories, consisting of 2 blow film facilities and 2 flexible packaging facilities. GPI was founded in 2008 and specializes in producing custom linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) films in roll form. The company offers a wide range of high-quality films in various sizes, thicknesses, and colors suitable for applications such as lamination, printing, flexible packaging, and bag making. Located in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Min. of 5 years proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Ensure the sales team follows company policies and procedures
