Sales Freight Forwarding

Job Responsibilities:

• Domestic/international, sea/air freight forwarding
• Create and actively identify new business proposals for new and existing opportunities
• Responsible for effective onboarding of new customers
• Follow up on quotations, sales leads, or any business inquiries
• Provide up-to-date information related to customer activities
• Build a good relationship with clients
• Achieve the target set by the company

Requirements:

• Good English or Mandarin speaking and writing skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Forwarding or Shipping Line
• Having a customer and shipper database is an advantage
• Knowledge about the international transportation industry (import/export)
• Preferably specializing in Sales Forwarding, Shipping Line Sales, or equivalent
• An extensive network of contacts within the freight forwarding or shipping industry is an advantage
• Junior and senior positions are welcome
