Sales Exellence Analyst

• Analyze report performance, sales, and insights to increase sales strategy
• Communicate with the sales management team regularly
• Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources to ensure data completeness
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
• Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively
• Present sales performance reports for the regional team

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business analytics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience utilizing data analysis tools such as Excel and data visualization software such as Power BI.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and a customer-centric mindset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysing complex data (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
