About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at PT Arthafajar Mitrasejati, a leading provider of ceramic, paint, paper and building materials. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Greater Jakarta area. This full-time role will involve generating new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts.

What you'll be doing

• Promote raw materials and additives for the Ceramics Industry, Paint industry, Paper industry, and Building Industry.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the ceramic, paint, paper, and building industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Provide expert advice and technical support to customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Track and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the ceramic, paint, paper, or building materials industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the local Greater Jakarta market and existing industry contacts.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
