Sales Executive – Mandarin Speaking

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Administrations: Support and assist Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks.
• Offline sales: Implement sales strategies; Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in China markets; Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share; Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments.
• Digital sales: Facilitates social media engagement and creating content in China digital channels; Executes promotions campaigns for our products through relevant digital and social media channels; Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive and negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly; Collaborating with media partners; Collaborating with sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, consistently ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3).
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields.
